Waiting on static IP address to be assigned
As of yesterday I enabled the add-on of having a static IP to my account and reset my internet multiple times to trigger a new IP to be assigned but I am yet to be able to see that I have a static IP, If I also do a rDNS check shows that the IP has not been assigned.
Please can a member of staff look at my account and enable it.

Hiya @spriggsey, thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry for the issues with your static ip.
It wouldn't let me activate it our side either, so I have now removed and readded this (I've popped a credit on to cover the second charge) and this looks to be now active.
You'll just need to reboot your router. Let us know how it goes!
