TAGS change request for Domain Name Hosting change

Hello,

I am an old Freenetname email account holder and I need to move the domain and hosting to another hosting service as any email sent to google mail accounts holders is bouncing back.

How can I request a TAGS change from Plusnet?

@Bizzi  I created a ticket on the account for you. I just need you to reply to it. You will need to go to the old Madasafish website and log in to get the ticket.

Originally I was a Freenetname account holder, then I became Madasafish and then Plusnet, I haven't used Madasafish for ages, if I go online to check my emails I go on the Plusnet Account. Can you send me the link to where I need to log in to get the ticket?

How is the process to move the domain and the hosting to another hosting service?
