Switch Hosting

My website does not show now and I have looked into moving to another hosting site. They have asked if Plusnet if they can change the nameservers. Can you help.

I can't get access to Greenby. It doesn't recognize my details.

what are you using as credentials ? it should recognise your Plusnet account name & password , the same as you use to access the Plusnet portal.
