Static IP not enabling

I've just joined Plusnet and ordered a static IP when I first signed up.  My Addons lists it as there, and I have the "Activate your static IP" button, but when I click it, the page just refreshes.  I understand it has to be activated manually by PN.  Could someone do this for me?

I've done some work on your account and this should be fixed now.

If you reboot your router you'll pick the new static IP up

Thanks.  Router rebooted and it's picked up the address
