Re: My router thinks I’m in the USA! Now I can’t get my Netflix

@Shaunwood As the external IP of a router is the same for all users on that connection, this suggests that there is something else going off - but I don't know what.

VPN on that device?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Re: Service showing as outside UK

Quick update:

Netflix is still confused as to my location, despite fast.com showing London, UK now (instead of Minneapolis, US)

There was a brief moment a few days ago where all my EU region shows were back on Netflix and it looked like the issue was resolved.

However this week, all EU shows have disappeared again and Netflix seems to be seeing me as an international user, as even some US specific shows aren't visible now.

TL;DR - Netflix is still borked, but other services might be okay.

What are the first three octets of your current public IP and where does this site say it is? https://www.iplocation.net/ip-lookup
