Safeguard just doesn't work?

Hi,

Does anyone else find that Safeguard just doesn't work?

I've updated my settings, reset my router and sites that should be in blocked categories and sites I've individually blocked are not blocked at all.

On my one hub DNS settings are:

Primary DNS:	213.120.234.42
Secondary DNS:	213.120.234.38

which look right to me?

Am I missing something or does Safeguard not actually do anything?

It appears to be working for me. I have just accepted all the default settings.

Thanks for getting in touch, I'm sorry you're having some issue with Safeguard. Have you tried doing a factory reset on your router?
