Safeguard categories not saving

Hi new customer here. Is there anything I'm doing wrong with why the categories are not saving. It will allow me to unblock or block ok but when I try to save the changes I get a error in red saying 'Sorry we have a problem and currently can't save your changes, please try again later.'

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
