Request to move my domain from Plusnet

Having decided not to go with Greenby hosting, I wish to transfer my domain (to Hostinger). I have spoken to PN but the answer was almost we cannot change the IPSTAG. Fingers crossed, it looks like posting here will enable the process to happen. Would be very grateful if someone could pick this up. Advised that new ISP TAG should be AXIDOMAINS.

Can the briefing / training for front line staff be reviewed please. This is standard BAU and is likely to be a recurrent requirement.

*.uk require a change in IPSTAG

*.com require a transfer code

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi Josh,

Apologies, I had a delay in actually getting in to my account with prospective hoster, this is now resolved. Hopefully this question can be re-opened.

According to my account, the proposed transfer is set up, so I have already initiated the transfer as requested, and they are waiting for my provider (ie Plusnet) to update the ISP tag to AXIDOMAINS . Are you able to be more specific as to if there is anything further to do at new hoster?
