NEWHiya @ShirleyS, thanks for getting in touch! I'm really sorry for the issues you're having with activating your reward card and would like to help get this resolved for you.
If not already done so, I would advise clearing your browsers cookies/ cache and also trying an alternative browser to see if you experience the same problem.
If still having issues with activation, I would then advise to call Card Services on 0344 879 1069.

@Rhetorik2018 Hi there, sorry to hear you're having trouble activated your reward card.
As you've received the reward card it would mean this query lays with our third party reward card provider. They would be able to support you in activating this card for you.
