I have no knowledge of original versus "new" issue, as I've only witnessed the one, which this thread does appear to be about. Although the implication of the title that the issue is confined to Firefox is incorrect, as it's happening for me on Chrome.

There are two issues being discussed in this thread.
- Issues logging into the user portal - that issue was specific to FF users
- Experiences where on some pages in the user portal, the pan-Plusnet websites black / grey footer appears in the middle of the page obscuring what should be there ... which after resizing the browser window renders in the right place - that is seen on various browsers
So, this being / not being an issue with FF all depends on when you joined this bus. My observation is that when something goes wrong accessing websites, FF appears to be involved in more "street fights" than all of the other browsers but together. The phrase "a can of worms" readily comes to mind.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

As I stated previously, the original incident was fixed. The current issue, which should be in its own topic, isn't.

That’s a matter for the originator of this topic / thread to decide - and no one else.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

This problem was reported a week ago and PlusNet still haven't fixed it. I need to report a separate issue but I can't access the portal properly to do so!.
Just to confirm (yes this is a me too because I don't believe this is fixed yet) FireFox, Chrome, and Android all show the same blank grey page instead of the pink page with account options. Exactly as the OP posted in their image.
