@staley84 Out of curiosity, which OS?
@jab1 Win10 Pro and Win11 Pro (Personal and Work Laptop)
@Gandalf - Can you add me to the investigation list please?
Ah, OK, @staley84 . I have no issue on Zorin/Ubuntu, W7 SP1 and my Apple phone/tablet, although on the last two I do have to manually re-enter the user/password, for some reason.

As I have only encountered this on the PN home page I suspect it may be coding in that rather than MS that is to blame. The whole Home page flashes up then disappears to leave the black band. I get the same if I try to log in on my Android phone.
We have seen this issue before.
Last time it was legion I did some digging into the delivered HTML and identified that the pan-site footer block (which on black text) was being "included" in the wrong part of the page ... after which the CSS goes stir crazy.
What happens is that the footer DIV is rendered in the wrong place (usually covering primary content) ... until the window is resized (maximise / restore down or visa-versa) ... then all is OK.

Exactly, I don't know why anyone is blaming Microsoft, clearly a website coding issue, I have the same problem on Safari on iOS and MacOS!
Also someone could rename this thread as it's nothing to do with Firefox either.
But I don't get it on my kit!
I have done some further testing. It doesn't matter which hardware or OS I try, my account details only appear for a short time and then quickly vanish.
I have tried:
Firefox, Waterfox and Chrome on Linux Mint 21.
Samsung Internet Browser on Sony Xperia 1ii + Android 12.
Samsung Internet Browser on Samsung tablet + Android 11.
Safari on MacBook Pro + macOS Monterey v12.6
I think this must be tied to peoples' accounts, rather than hardware/OS.
I am on an 18-month PlusNet Unlimited Fibre Extra contract which ends May 2023.
Possible, @RichT - I'm on a 'Mail Only' account.
Resizing the browser window makes the black footer jump to the bottom. However, it only exposes a grey area with no text or graphics showing.
Weird!
Think the post also needs to NOT be marked as Fixed.
It's definitely not fixed! I've just come here to ask to be added to the list of affected customers (if such exists).
This is not fixed at all. Also been going on for over 2 weeks.
The original issue was fixed. When the new error surfaced, it should have been started in a new topic.
