Ordered static IP, still stuck on dynamic

Hi Plusnet community,

 

My Plusnet broadband went live last Friday (6th January), and I immediately ordered a static IP via the add-ons page in the member centre.

 

I've completed several router restarts today, but my IP is still dynamic, and the configure static IP page in the member centre still reads 'Current Status: You are currently using a dynamic IP address'.

 

I've not been able to find any answers on the community or help pages about how long this takes to set up, but I did see one post saying you need to have the static IP billed to your account first, but my bill was generated on Saturday (7th January) with the £5 setup charge on it, and it's due to pay paid by direct debit on 16th January.

 

Does anyone know how long a static IP usually takes to set up, or if I need to have paid the bill for the static IP before it's set up?

Should be sorted now if you want to try a quick disconnect/reconnect.

@bobpullen - I've re-connected the line twice and the IP is now static - thank you very much for your help with this.
