Fix

Have you tried a more modern FTP client?

Filezilla provides a free GUI solution for Linux (or Windows).

Re: Old website hosted by ftp.plus.net problems connecting

Hi Jeff,

I'm sorry to see you're having problems FTP'ing to your website.

I've checked your account and I can't see any obvious issues our side, which may be affecting this. I'd second the advice you've been given about trying a different FTP client just to rule out any issues with the client you're using.

Let us know how it goes.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role within Plusnet.
