It is also super easy to change the Wi-Fi password and then that is the all scroungers disconnected.

You could change the SSID to "No freeloading on this network" or something similar, they would soon get the message then 😀.

My personal opinion would be to help if for a week or 2 while they get their own, but no longer. Your get out is that the Plusnet provided router doesn't have a guest network and, as you work from home, there a potential for network access?

Other than that, what's wrong with mobile internet? You can get some really good data deals at the moment.
