Multiple users for same hosting account

Hi all,
I manage a website for a local community group and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a hosting company that would allow multiple users to access the same hosting account.  The ideal solution would be that the hosting account would be setup and managed by myself, but other members of the group's organising committee could access the site to carry out updates.  I previously tried this by just sharing the same login with the group's committee, but this was a bit of a disaster as one of the committee decided to change the registration and password information effectively locking the club out of its website.
The PAYH setup aapears to allow the creation of web users, but these are restricted to accessing personal webspace sections of the site rather than the site as a whole.
Any suggestions most welcome!

I believe that FastHosts  offer this level of access control.  A colleague used to do some work for a charity using that level of access.  i.e. access to the site, but not the Admin details.
