Moving my EXTERNAL openreach cable

Hi, Because of building work, i need to move where my fibre line comes through the wall of the house. Trying to convey this on the support pages is... challenging. I know I will need openreach. I expect it will be chargeable. Both of those are fine, I just need it doing!

Any ideas?

The call centre ought to be able to arrange this for you.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Was a member for years, but moved from PN fttc to fttp from an AltNet. Getting 940Mb up and down. Happy to stay on here and try to help others. 

@SirSpamalot

This is one of those rare occasions where you can contact OpenReach directly.

There is a form on their webpage that promises a call back with 3 days to discuss the work required.

If doing building work it's an ideal time to consider whether to run ethernet cables to help internet coverage in the house.
