Hi.
I am due to move house on 4 September and have been trying (unsuccessfully) to contact PlusNet for a week now.
Has anyone got any idea how I can get hold of them, other than by phone? Any tips on moving in general?

Have you been calling the moving team on 0800 587 1952? It says they require four weeks' notice so it looks unlikely that your services can be transferred by your moving date.
