I have tried to phone only be told we are really busy try later or tomorrow. Tried that for three days now. I even tried to contact Help via twitter but to no avail.
It really is very frustrating, all I want to do is cancel my BT Sports app subscription. There are reallyhas to be a better way of dealing with this, it should be as simple as cancelling other services, which I can do via the Plusnet website.
