Move domain name from Plusnet (madasafish) to new provider

Hello, 

I need to request changing my IPS tag for a .co.uk domain that was originally Freenetname, then Madasafish, and now Plusnet (I have read a number of these requests in the forum) however as I do not have a Plusnet account as such, aside from this one on the community, I cant raise a ticket to request the change... Help please.

Hi Simon, 

I believe you need to make a certain number of posts to be able to PM. However I believe I've found your account from your email address in your forum profile and I've raised ticket 224540875 you can reply to by going Here.

Just let me know once you've changed the nameservers of your domain and I'll make sure it's removed from our systems.
