Just the ticket?

For issues which cross the boundary between the 'old' platform (home pages and CGI) and 'new' PAYH, to which area should tickets be addressed?
Example: I wish to swing one of my home pages (not CGI) domains over to PAYH for evaluation. Should such a ticket be sent to the normal ticket destination via Help or sent to PAYH via the Plex icon? - complicated by the fact that that problems with free PAYH accounts are not supported by the ticket system at all.
Anyone migrating an operational system (as I will be shortly) will need to have a clear understanding of how long these things take so as to know when to copy live pages across with minimal outage.
(I have just attempted to swing one domain over via normal Help as a trial and it has so far taken four days just to get as far as the PAYH helpdesk...)
