Just had my email advising me of the April £3 price increase

Received my email advising of the £3 'in line with inflation' price increase in April.

This was also in the body of the email ..

However I cannot find any alternative packages or 'options' in my online account.

I'm still in contract (about 7 months left) so maybe that's why ?

But pretty poor of the email to suggest otherwise

Hi Linzi,

Took the plunge and spoke to Customer Service.

There’s no upgrades they can offer me, and no concessions on price - until it comes to contract end time later this year.

What a waste of an email eh.

I’m sorry to say that Plusnet will be losing my custom later this year - they really have gone downhill lately.

I’ve had no issues with Fibre 900 at all, but the lack of Battery Backup Units being provided, then emails being sent out with incorrect info doesn’t want to make me stay anymore.
