Hosting Portal No Access

Please help!

I haven't been able to access my Hosting Portal for years, but now I really need to as my xxxx.plus.com redirects to somewhere I don't want it to.

I can log into my main account at plus.net

I can log into my webmail at webmail.plus.net

I can connect to ftp.plus.net using my user ID and password

However I can't log into my hosting portal at https://hosting.plus.net/portal/#CH-topbar/left/home

It says my password is incorrect or expired, but if I select forgot password, I don't receive an email, to my plus.net account or linked gmail address.

Fix

Suspect this is why the password isn't turning up: -

Received from an SMTP server with IP address: 216.55.154.45 (TLS enabled)
550-5.7.26 Unauthenticated email from plus.net is not accepted due to domain's
550-5.7.26 DMARC policy. Please contact the administrator of plus.net domain if
550-5.7.26 this was a legitimate mail. To learn about the DMARC initiative, go

550 5.7.26  https://support.google.com/mail/?p=DmarcRejection

That's from my mail logs when I try a password reset. It seems the password reset email is sent from the address 'support@plus.net' however, the hosting platform is not configured to authenticate emails from the Plusnet domain.

The username for the Hosting Control Panel is typically in the format 'ccgi.username.plus.com'. Have you tried that alongside some of your commonly used passwords?
