Hello
With my old router I used to be able to directly connect my Samsung phone to the internet using an Ethernet cable and an AV600 Powerline Adapter, but with the new Hub Two router I have, this now doesn't work. Any suggestions? Thanks
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Can you please explain your problem with a bit more detail? A phone should connect to the internet using the router's WiFi.
- TP-Link AV600 Powerline Adapter?
- Are you sure that they are configured correctly?
- What was your old router?
- What is your new router and which port is the adapter connected to?
- What are the symptoms (error messages)?

@Townman The more pertinent question could be what model of Samsung phone is it? If it's a mobile it doesn't use an ethernet connection.
@sheilajlister So is it a VOIP phone, do you have a VOIP phone service? I suspect not. I can only assume it has previously been connecting to the TP_Link wi-fi, rather than the router.

Hmmm - Samsung do VoIP phone sets as well!! That's new knowledge!
Really adds to the lack of clarity of the question. Either way, it is probably an issue with the adapters not being configured correctly ... or possibly plugged into the wrong port on the router. It would not be the first occasion that a user has sought to use the dedicated WAN port as a LAN port on a PN H2.

Thank you for the responses, and apologies if I didn't give enough information.
In fact, it looks as if the problem is fixed! My eye caught a question from Townman asking 'which port the adapter is plugged into' and I decided to move it along one - from the one that has WAN above it - and I plugged it into the adjacent ethernet port and it is now working - sending internet to my mobile Samsung phone without using mobile data or WiFi.
(The phone is on airplane mode and the internet is now working on it. Before it wasn't, and if I went into connections on the phone, there were questions about Ethernet settings that I couldn't make sense of.)
I like to get the internet on my mobile phone without using WiFi or mobile data. So the ethernet cable from one Powerline Adapter plugs into the house electricity and the router and the second plugs into the house electricity, and then connects through an ethernet/Samsung mobile phone adapter to the phone. It is an amazing system - when it works.

@Townman It seems that Samsung do indeed produce some office desk IP phones, I didn't think the OP would have one of them, or use an ethernet adaptor on a mobile.🤔

I think you'll find if you plug in a usb ethernet dongle a samsung phone will use ethernet in preference to Wireless
Using an old Samsung S8
Plugging in the dongle disables the Wireless interface.

@Dan_the_Van I didn't suggest it couldn't be done but a somewhat unusual way to connect a mobile phone. I have a USB-C to Ethernet adapter, maybe I'll try it on my Iphone.😀

Just confirming it does work, although the OP had by their post.
Agree an unusual way to connect to a network but if you're in a poor wifi signal area and you have the spare equipment. .
