Help purchasing a static IP address for my plusnet account.

I have read on a couple of forum posts that I cannot see the option to purchase a static IP address on my Plusnet account, from the add on menu, unless I have an employee activate it for me?

Is this something that someone can help me with through this forum?

@Dalekfish Plusnet no longer offer the option of a static IP unless you already have one - in other words they are no longer available.

A decision of BT Consumer Division, of which Plusnet is now merely a 'brand'.

@jab1 Whilst normally you're right, In this case it isn't down to BT consumer division.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

... indeed, not any part of that division. Other ISPs have been seen withdrawing static IP addresses too.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
