FTTP Static IP Address please

Tried to set up Static IP on the web site but it appears not to have worked as others have found.

Can you set this up please. I dont wish the rDNS to point to the Plusnet account user name - just about anything else would do!

Hi @grnglide Sorry about the issue with that, I've hit some problems trying to add a static IP to your account too. Please bear with me and I'll try it again later today for you, failing that I'll need to speak to a colleague when back on shift on the 27th.

That will be fine, there are plenty of other things going on!

Just noticed that the option to set up a static IP under Add-ons has disappeared leaving only "Plusnet Protect powered by Norton™"

Hey @grnglide 

I've sorted out the issue with your account and assigned a static IP. 

If you restart your router that should assign it to the connection for you.
