Over the past three weeks or so, FTP uploads to ‘home pages’ have been getting progressively harder to initiate: it can often take 5 - 10 mins of so of repeated trying to start uploading any file. Once an upload has started, things are usually fine.
I know that there is a PN limit on overall concurrent FTP sessions, but either this has been screwed down further (I doubt it, but…) or some Big FTPer is flexing his/her muscles.
Has anyone else experienced this recently?
