Domain transfer request

I would like to transfer my domain out of Plusnet to Mythic Beasts. I believe I need support to raise a tcket for this.

If you give our support team a call on 0330 1239 123, they will be able to raise a ticket to transfer the domain.

Hi, is this a recent change in process as looking through previous request threads on here a staff member has asked for the details by PM?

@Christopher_G  Just tagging you to check that you are aware of msg#3 in this thread. I agree with @njay that getting details by PM was the usual way of dealing with these requests. I don't think calling first line support will be very helpful as their knowledge of transferring legacy domains is likely to be limited.

Hi, thanks for reply but just to clarify i was asking if this is a change of process i.e. plusnet staff can no longer request details via PM and the only route now is to phone?
