Domain name renewal (totalise/madasafish legacy)

I posted in an older thread but thought a new thread would probably be best.

Nominet sent me an email advising me my Domain had not been renewed and will expire in 30 days.  I have had nothing from Plusnet about this.

However I have just got off the phone to support and they said I need to find a new host as they no longer support this process.  Is this true?

I have since searched and found a thread about Domain renewals no longer being supported and the user managed to get it sorted as this was seen as PlusNet did in fact still support this.

Is this the case and if so how do i get this sorted

We tend to renew close to the expiry date. We'd probably do them in batch next week.

However, I've found and renewed your domain. Whois data is cached, but can confirm ****ng.co.uk has been renewed.
