Domain name IPS Tag transfer

Hi, I’ve been asked by my new domain provider to see if I can get my IPS Tag changed from ‘Plusnet Plc’ to ‘IONOS’? Is that possible? It’s quite urgent as I’m in the process of leaving Plusnet as I’ve just moved abroad. I think my account finishes at the beginning of November, so I’ve no idea what happens after that.

That request should be picked up and processed here.

When your account closes, your email service will cease and the content erased. Sounds as though you’ve started the process of migrating your domain away. Hopefully you’ve never used the naked *.plus.com style for email addresses so all should be fine as soon as your domain moves.

If you have not yet moved your email contents, you might find one of the IMAP sync tools useful, such as https://imapsync.lamiral.info/

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
