Migrating Away From Plusnet to Hosting UK

Hello,

We are moving our personalised domain with 2 mailboxes away from Madadafish/Plusnet to Hosting UK - the domain has already transferred and they are now helping us with migrating our mailboxes.

They've asked for the following details to help them perform the migration and I was wondering how to get them and/or what to put for the answers:

Control Panel Type, e.g., Plesk, cPanel, WebsitePanel, other - I am not sure what to put for this
Previous Hosting Provider - I will put this as "Plusnet T/A Madasafish"
Control Panel Username and Password - are these the same email address and password that I use to log into Madasafish My Account?
Sensitive Data - I need to provide the IMAP server address for each acccount to be migrated (the email addresses and passwords are no problem), so is this in the form "mail.my domain name" and port number 143 since I do not remember these logins being encrypted?

I have attached a screenshot of the question screen that I need to complete.

I hope someone will be able to help me get this information together.

Send them the same IMAP server settings, user name and password you have been using to access your mail box - that is all they need to know.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
