Domain Transfer

Hi,

 

I am looking to transfer my domain away from Plusnet to another registrar. To do this, I believe I need to post here to ask someone from the Plusnet team to raise a ticket on my behalf.

Could I please get a ticket raised for this?

Do you mean that you sent an SMS on my mobile? I didn't receive anything but it looks like I had an old number on my account, I have updated it now if you want to try again.

Hi @James30 

Could you please check the status of this transfer? I received a reply in the ticket saying that it would be actioned but more than 5 working days have past and the transfer doesn't appear to have happened.

I've checked and the request is still with the right team. 

Unfortunately there's a bit of a backlog but it should be picked up soon
