I used the Madasafish website on Thursday 14th April to instigate the transfer of my website projectzone.org.uk from the Madasafish server to another domain host. I paid the £25, and entered the IPSTAG details for the new host site . From that point I stopped being able to receive emails on that account, am still able to send emails, and the new domain host has not yet received the 'handover' to allow him to set up my site on his server. I've raised the issue with PlusNet support but they are unable to shed any light on the matter. As we use this account for business it is critical that the issue is resolved. Can someone help me please.

Thanks for coming back to me. Yes, sorted thanks. I still don't know what the solution was: did it just take 72 hrs to filter through?; did the ongoing Madasafish server problem get fixed?
Problem was, no-one was helping or shedding any light, but all's well that ends well

I think the automation is broken. Aszsumingg you're referring to the FTP server issue then that should get sorted on Monday.

Hi Bob,
We requested a transfer of our domain beacon-design.co.uk earlier today, our emails stopped working almost immediately and now we have been informed by your technical support team the request will take 10 days!.
We are surprised and disappointed to find ourselves without access to emails for 10 days due to your poor service, for which you are happy to charge £25.54.
Is there anything you can do to speed this process or restore our email service until the transfer takes place?

Hi Bob,
Thank you for resolving this for us, are you able to look into why the emails were deactivated and perhaps update your system so that other customers looking to transfer their domain from you are not left without emails during the process?

Yep, I've asked somebody to take a look. I suspect I know what the issue is, we just need to decide how to better handle it.

HI, has this problem been fixed yet? I paid for a domain transfer on Friday but as yet nothing has happened.
