Contract Expiry Date

Can anybody tell me why it is so difficult for Plusnet to tell me the day when my contract ends.  I've just been on the main site, and there seems to be no way of finding the answer.  I know that I have paid up to the end of this month (or close to it), but I cannot find the actual date.

@Boz I can't find it on my account page, as I'm a 'mail only' customer, but do you not keep your latest contract confirmation email? - I'm sure that used to give the start and end dates.

When you say you've been on the main site do you mean you've logged into your Member's portal.

I've just gone into mine and my contract date is there to see.
