Hi,
I'm quite new to al this so any help would be much appreciated.
My friend has created a site for me to host on my plusnet account - the static pages host fine via ftp.plus.net etc and are viewable under the www.domainname.plus.com name.....
However there is a contact form included and we're trying to access the cgi webspace to host the site on there........(cgi has been activated) - can't achieve the connection though.
He's trying to connect via a non-plusnet connection on a mac using cyberduck - any ideas?!
Thanks
Alison.

Quote He's trying to connect via a non-plusnet connection
That's the problem, to access the cgi space you need to be using a PN connection.
