The product type of FTTC+POTS stays the same, but EE could reroute the telephone number to their VOIP system.

No, the product has to change from FTTC (including WLR) to SoGEA which means an order on Openreach. That order will cease the WLR and free the phone number for EE to port to their VOIP system. 

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Migration schedule of users email/domains to greenby appears to be independant of this migration as well meaning sadly people having more decisions to make i.e. if it came to it retaining email address that hasnt yet been migrated may be more important that keeping landline.

I am not sure its being made clear as from posts on here calls/emails appear to focus on if you are just looking to retain your existing landline number (move to EE) or not (stay with PN)
