Blocked Site question

Hi

I am trying to access Polecompare.com (to read Fishing Pole reviews) but recently it shows me a Page saying it has been block and has the Text "pn_tasteless"

I also seem to get the options to change that decision via Plusnet but have failed to manage to get any of them done

Anyone got any advice please

Thanks for the reply and sorry about late reply

I did not know what "Safeguard" was tbh and had to look - and yes I have it turned on without knowing it - so - is that the root of my problem please ?

To be fair I dont know how a Site "get blocked"

Pornography I can understand but a non contentious one such as Pole Compare is a strange one

Thanks for getting back to us.

That may be the cause of the issue, I would suggest going through the Safeguard options and whitelisting the website you wish to browse.

Give us a nudge if this doesn't fix the issue.

Hi again

Yes have changed Safeguard to allow Polecompare and I can now "get it" ok

Knew nothing of Safeguard till today and didnt know therefore how to invoke it

I do now and will be aware if this happens again so many thanks for helping me solve the problem
