Activate Static IP

Hello,

I’ve recently had my line activated and added on a static IP. When I go to My Account and try to activate it, the button doesn’t appear to do anything & it continually shows “You are using a dynamic IP.”

According to this thread - https://community.plus.net/t5/Everything-else/Can-t-enable-static-IP/m-p/1924177#M31428 - it’s been busted for a while.

Could someone from PN be kind enough to activate on my behalf?

Hi @mxtte 

That should be sorted for you now.

If you reboot your router you'll pick the static IP up

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role

I too have the same issue. The button does nothing for me at all - just refreshes the page.

Could you activate it for me also please?
