Account switch between properties

I have two properties, one with [exampleaccoun1] and second one [exampleaccount2]

I just changed to full fiber on  property 2 [exampleaccount2]

The property on  [exampleaccount1] cannot have full fibre and I am probably moving away from PN because of it.

I would like to keep the user name of the property 1  [exampleaccount1] as the email sub domain has been used for decades.

Is it possible to swap the email domain  [exampleaccount1].plus.com to   [exampleaccount2] property so the email sub domain is retained? or do this at termination

@japiewie

It's not very clear what you want but once the account1 email service is transferred to Greenby, the email service with this address will remain, regardless of whether you close the Account1 contract. Does this do that which you seek?

Re: Account switch between properties

No, to clarify: I own two properties.
Property A has just been upgraded to full fiber, but its subdomain ({username2}.plus.com) has never been used for email.

Property B only supports part-fiber (FTTC bandwidth), so I am considering switching its broadband to Virgin.
Closing the Account1 contract on Property B will delete {username1}.plus.com, which I want to avoid as it has been used for over decades for email, including small business and if I did not have the second account I would happily pay for mail hosting only.
Because I own both accounts, I want to keep {username1}. I like to know whether it is possible to either swap the usernames between my two accounts or move the {username1} email domain over to the active full-fiber property account.

@japiewie

Once the Domain {username1} has been migrated to Greenby it doesn't matter what you do with the associated PlusNet account.

Fix

What we are trying to tell you is that if the email account has been transferred to Greenby, closing Account 1 will not cause the deletion of the associated email address. Once the address has been ported to Greenby it is decoupled from the Plusnet broadband service.

Re: Account switch between properties

Oh I think I get it. The service and the relationship will transfer to Greenby and no longer related (just two different services with two different providers) .

So when the account is cancelled with PN, my relationship is with greenby for email and when the free 2 years is up, as long as I pay up I keep the email addresses. And i just don't renew email with greenby for the other property and make sure that PN has a admin email address for that account to send my bills etc to.

Am I correct? That works if that is the case !
