unable to reset password

I cannot access my account or email due to not knowing the password. 

I tried to follow the email password reset but it sent an email to me with a link - which I cannot access because I don't know the password!

How do I get out of this circle?

Hi @MJT1,

 

I'm sorry to hear that this has happened. You'll need to give our customer service team a call as they'll be able to go through some different security checks on the phone and then can change your password to something of your choosing. Their contact number is 0800 432 0200 and they are available from 7:30am - 10pm every day.
