unable to access email server and webmail

I can not login to the email server to retrieve my emails with a failed message, also webmail is down with the following message screenshot enclosed

I can't see the screenshot, but the message on webmail.plus.net reads:

CONFIGURATION ERROR

config.inc.php was not found.
Please read the INSTALL instructions!

Frustrating because I'm trying to sort out a few things, and once again email is unreliable.

Same for me on my .plus.com email account.

I can now login using Thunderbird and received an email I sent from a non plusnet account. Webmail still borked.

There appears to be an issue with webmail.plus.net I suggest you try https://webmail.greenby.com/ 

Not sure if the greenby link works for emails accounts which have not been migrated.

Looks like Greenby is down as cannot access e-mail account that has been migrated.

An incident has already been raised for this issue, and our team is looking into it. If your account has been migrated to greenby you can access your email through the Greenby link (https://webmail.greenby.com/ )

I haven't been migrated, but the greenby webmail does indeed work - thanks, didn't know it would.

Edit: well, sort of works. I can read emails, but deleting an email raises an error to do with IMAP copying, and emails can't be sent due to an SMTP authentication error.
