setting up Outlook 2019 for first time

I use an earlier version of Microsoft Office's Outlook and Automatic setup failed saying "An encrypted connection to your mail server is not available." However an encrypted Manual setup is possible. Here's what I used for PlusNet Email's incoming (IMAP or POP3) and outgoing (SMTP) server settings:- 

	IMAP Settings	POP3 Settings	SMTP Settings
Server:	imap.plus.net	mail.plus.net	relay.plus.net
Port:	993	995	465
SSL/TLS:	OK	OK	OK

These server settings require an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection. 

The SMTP server uses port 25 by default, or port 587, and 465 for encrypted SSL/TLS connections.

The POP3 server uses port 110 by default, and 995 for encrypted SSL/TLS connections.

The IMAP server uses port 143 by default, and 993 for encrypted SSL/TLS connections.
