The redirects are not being delivered to the recipient.
I've checked everything is correct and it is. The errors look like this:
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
<REDACTED>@<REDACTED>
Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain <REDACTED> by mx.avasin.plus.net. [212.159.9.200].
The error that the other server returned was:
550 Invalid Recipient <REDACTED>
Why is this?</REDACTED></REDACTED></REDACTED></REDACTED>

Fixed
The redirect... even though it was actually perfectly correct in my view of the email settings pages, was actually not what it appeared behind the scenes, and someone at +Net had actually deleted it.
I deleted the entry, recreated it and lo and behold it's working now.

Glad to hear you sorted it out.
However, I would suggest you edit your 1st post as the plus.com, when hovered over is showing the world that email address!!
