redirect not working

I've just set up a redirect after deleting the original email address as directed by plusnet.
 
 
The redirects are not being delivered to the recipient.
 
I've checked everything is correct and it is. The errors look like this: 
 
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<REDACTED>@<REDACTED>

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain <REDACTED>&nbsp;by mx.avasin.plus.net. [212.159.9.200].

The error that the other server returned was:
550 Invalid Recipient&nbsp;<REDACTED>
&nbsp;
Why is this?</REDACTED></REDACTED></REDACTED></REDACTED>

Fixed

 

 

The redirect... even though it was actually perfectly correct in my view of the email settings pages, was actually not what it appeared behind the scenes, and someone at +Net had actually deleted it.

 

I deleted the entry, recreated it and lo and behold it's working now.

Glad to hear you sorted it out.

However, I would suggest you edit your 1st post as the plus.com, when hovered over is showing the world that email address!!
