I have had my Plusnet email and the same computer for years. I have alway use an email app. I have a new computer and am trying to log into Plusnet mail via webmail. If I log in with the address xxxx it log me in as xxxx@xxxx.plus.com. I use the email address yy@xxxx.plus.com. What username do I use to log in?

For the default email address you log in using the same login details as for the Member Centre (<username>:<password>)

If it is for a mail box you have setup you use <username+mailboxname>:<mailboxpassword>

So in your example above you enter xxxx+yy and use the password you set up for that mail box.

Many thanks for the prompt reply Mav. Just to clarify you put a + symbol between xxxx+yy, should this be a space or @.
