Access to old Plusnet Email

How long will access to my old plusnet email address be available for,

I have to get back into it to get email addresses as they have not been migrated to Greenby

migrated 16th Dec.

Hi @kenm 

If you're an email only customer and don't create a Greenby account, it'll continue to work for 30 days. After this date, you must set up a Greenby account.

Once you set up your Greenby account, your old Plusnet email account should remain active for around 24 hours.

I am broadband and email customer

Migrated 16 Dec but my address book/ contacts  did not migrate

lots of tickets open on greenby but to date Still No Address Book

Still waiting for a rep to call me

Plusnet has just dumped me, no help at all.

I need access to old Plusnet  so I can get at my address book which is still showing there.
