2 Emails to AOL delivered to SPAM folder

I sent two emails today to my AOL  Email  Address

one from my Greenby account

+ one from old Plusnet account

Both of them finished up in the SPAM folder at AOL

I must admit i very rarely check Junk/Spam folders as a norm

My address book still not migrated 

Just been reading about Greenby on Trust Pilot

Thanks for reaching out here on the community. 

You could try marking the emails as 'not spam' in your AOL account, this should stop them going into the spam folder.

I am okay doing that ,

but what happens when i send to any of my contacts and it lands in their spam/junk folder instead of inbox 

and they are unaware they have email from me.

Will have to phone them and tell them i have emailed them.  😀😀😀
