Urgent. My aliases email are now bouncing, no migration promises broken

I've been made aware that most of my alias addresses are now bouncing emails.

This is now having a detrimental effect on me and my circumstances.

Plusnet promised that all our mailboxes would be preserved. I've not been migrated and I'm worried I won't get the email because nothing will be working,

This is absolutely hell

Is this affecting all users trying to email you? Are you able to test it from another email address? I've sent you a private message, any further information should help us figure out what is causing the problem.
