I have an iPhone 6 and can't send emails unless I'm at home. I also have an iPad and location is never a problem. Can you please help me fix the problem?

It sounds to me a classic case of lack of SMTP authentication.
On the iPhone
> Settings
> Mail, Contacts, Calendars
Select the account under "account"
Then
> Account
> Outgoing Mail Server
> Authentication
and select "password"
If you can't change, it add a new SMTP server which is authenticated and turn the other one off for the account.
