e mail down again,have tried squirrel mail but can see emails,92 of them but cannot access them,mighty cheesed off with the migration to greenby.will migrate myself to another provider methinks

Greenby is still like watching paint dry , i sit there for ages waiting for it to open, then same again wating to show any emails ,
still sitting waiting for it downloading , then we go into refreshing , then a red box server error
IS IT JUST ME i have raised tickets to Greenby about their slowness, on a good day it can take up to 10-15 seconds to open a email, the same again to put it into trash, try to open next email but still putting last one into trash for ages.
Greenby says it must be me, as they have checked and everything is ok their end,
told me to use IN PRIVATE window to speed up, tried that but it was even slower
Tickets been open over a month now they just don't bother to come back

Finally managed to get into Greenby
Composed an email ( dont send many ) to an icloud address
returned as undeliverable
tried again

After earlier post of 2 attempts at sending from Greenby to icloud address both returned as undeliverable.
the recipient was waiting at other end for document (messaging by phone) that it was not received.
Luckily i also have a freebie AOL account so transferred document to there sent it , it arrived instantley
all done in a few seconds by AOL
I suppose at least i have about 18 months before i have to pay for Greenby, will it ever get better after all migrations finished ? ? ?
cannot take that chance if it does not , need to be settled somewhere better, been with Plusnet nearly 15 years , just renewed broadband best in my area, but not looking forward to having to change everything. I must admit email is not ( in my family) used as much my children all use mobiles and my grandaughters the same dont think they even have an email address

I am only a very basic email user
I must admit the service from Greenby is disgusting and its hard work just to log in and check receipts
from ebay or amazon etc and delete all the junk/scams that arrive daily
I must admit i really feel SORRY for the people on here who cannot do anything with their service and
some of them are having to pay ! ! ! 😠

Finally managed to get logged into Greenby this morning usual slowness ( I think the paints dry now )
spent minutes trying to delete 4 scam emails
YOU PERVERT I HAVE RECORDED YOU from my own address
thought they had gone been quite for a few days 😂
