e mail down (Receiving) same on Squirrel

Though Outlook Express receives my other ISP's e mail, plus net's is failing, when receiving.
I can send on my + Net address.
See screen shot.
Been down some time now.Squirrel mail shows an IMAP failure so I can't log in there either.
Service status shows nowt.

Our monitoring systems picked this up, we're posting a SS now and engineers are working on the issue.
