cannot access emails in Suffolk

Have tried to access emails through pc and mobiles .No luck all morning

all very well pointing to that link, but it has had no updates, no timeline, no explanation

now midday and this is a serious loss of service for many of us

@bluewhale From my experience, that is all you will get from PN, although when it is resolved (and we don't and won't know what the problem is), that link should be updated to advise.

Updated at 1000 to say still having problems and taking longer to fix than hoped for!

Sorry that you're still having problems. We're working on resolving this and will update the main thread once we expect services to resume as normal.

To be clear though, there should be no loss of your mail once service is restored.

Something to do with DNS / proxy settings, although I doubt that info will help anyone !

e_mail access via liveperson <> smarty dns, that's were my access falls over.

I'm having the same problems up in Stirling, Scotland keeps asking for my password which I fill in and then get an incorrect passowrd message
